xfce4-themes is not a part of xfce 4.2 (and thus the last version of it
is and will always be 4.0.6).  It was phased out during the 4.1
development cycle.  I don't recall how bcowan has the dependencies set
up in the ebuilds, but it's possible that things may get confused at
some point.
