changing workspaces with mouse wheel

short version:  there's a hidden pref called wrap_cycle, which goes in
you xfwm4rc.

mailing list searches are good for you.  it would be nice if there was an
interface to it, though googling using site:lunar-linux.org usually narrows
it down to the mailing lists...
