install xfce-goodies

Greetings,

I have a hungarian distro what contains the Xfce,
and I am using. I found the goodies on the net,
I downloaded the tarballs and started to install.
the configure stopped with error what was
pkg-config could not locate file xfce4-panel.pc.
But I have the panel, I am using it. Is there a way
to create this file? How I could do it?
Or do anyone has a copy of this file to send me?
