Kiosk mode - 4.2 BETA 1

Hi, just to be sure, the kiosk file is

${sysconfdir}/xdg/xfce4/kiosk/kioskrc

where ${sysconfdir} depends on how you installed it (/usr/loca/etc, 
/etc, /opt/xfce/etc, ...).
