Icon box and icons for minimized apps

Folks,

Where does xfce4-iconbox look for icons it displays when an app is 
minimized? I've got several apps that have icons but they show up with a 
generic "I dunno" icon when minimized. I'd like to inform iconbox of 
their presence...
