[ANN] xfce4-taskbar-plugin 0.2.0

I found another feature, which looks like a bug to me:
if you do *not* set "Expand to fill screen" and you (re)start panel, the 
taskbar plugin is very very tiny.

Removing lines 186-187 from plugin_recreate_gui :
    if (!GDK_IS_WINDOW(panel.toplevel->window))
         return;

fixed it for me, but is there a reason for this test ?
