Residual 4.0.5 problems with Beta

Thanks, that worked! Which brings me to two more questions..
1. Is there any way to make that EXPORT variable assignment (or whatever 
it is) permanent? I have to use this command everytime I restart.
2. Does anyone here use the Xfmusic4 app? I can't seem to get all of the 
libraries recognized even though I have them all installed. If someone 
could email me off the list for a little help, so I don't clog up the 
mailing list, I'd appreciate that..
