XFCE4.2B1 and settings

Folks,

After installing XFCE4.2B1 and opening the settings dialog box, it contains far fewer categories (icons) than the screenshot on the web site. I can't, for example, switch backgrounds. I've installed from the b-zipped rpms. After reviewing the list, I've installed them all. And the only piece of the suite I haven't got running (on purpose) if the panel. Is the screenshot showing what's to come as 4.2 progresses, or should Beta 1 have the full set of settings functions?
