Can you be more specific? It would really depend on what you want to do
with the clock (place it in the root window, use it as a desktop clock,
etc.), but:

Depends on how much resources you are willing to spend on it, and how you
want it arranged, but several applications can show a clock, either analog
or digital (Gkrellm+ALLtraxClock2 plugin springs to mind, as well as
several WindowMaker dockapps).

However, if you want something really good-looking (at the expense of
resources) you can try Gdesklets and some of its clock plugins (well, they
call them "displays"):
