move pointer with keys in xfce4?

Hi,

I used xfce 3.x for quite a while. Recently, I converted to xfce4 and
it'll remain my favourite Linux desktop.

One thing, under 3.x I got hooked to moving the pointer with
Ctrl+Shift+ArrowKeys.

How can get that back under xfce4?
