4.2 Newbie: Icons in Desktop Menu?

Wait, so Rox or idesk handles that menu I get when I right-click the
desktop? And the one I can add to the panel? How do I get it when I
don't have either installed???

I am sorry, truly I am. I didn't know the icons in the Xfce menu and
"right-click-on-desktop" menu were xfdesktop issues. Frankly, I didn't
know that xfdesktop handled that menu on the panel. If so, it's a very
odd thing.
Again my apologies for asking this question here. I'll try IRC or the
like instead, if there is a channel. I guess my search through the
Google link on the Xfce mailing list page wasn't good enough.
