No version of devilspie will compile on my RH 9 system. I'm not inclined
to take the time to upgrade tons of libs it apparently needs, its just
not worth it.

Is there a RH 9 compatible rpm available somewhere? If not, guess I'll
just have to live with making the window sticky after starting it.
