you need to figure out how to use your lpd/printer system. You cannot do 
this in xfce. Xfprint-manager is not what you want. (read my post again 
until you understand it)

Read the manual of the printing system you installed (no xfce does not 
have a printing system, it only allows you to access printers, not the 
printing system itself).
