I have no notes on xfce4.2 but yes in 4.0.6 (you see the previous files). But 
today I put the notes goodie in the panel and remove it at the same time. 
Then I go to xfce4.0.6 and my notes desapears (I have a note with text that 
has gone).

Why?
What can I do?
