1) Newrpms has them here:

2) You can go apt-get:
#newrpms.sunsite.dk
rpm http://newrpms.sunsite.dk/apt/ redhat/en/i386/fc2 newrpms
rpm-src http://newrpms.sunsite.dk/apt/ redhat/en/i386/fc2 newrpms

3) or you can use one of Benny's installers and go 4.2 RC1:
