modify XFce panel popup menu

Hello
I need modify the popup menu. i want delete many options, but i can't 
find where is the configuration file.
I use XFCE4.0.6 and when i click on xfce-panel, apears this popup menu, 
but i can't change this menu.
Can anyone helpme??
