Here are diverse tests I did with your indication, no more result
(do you use bash ?)
Papillon:/home/joyce# -a xfsm-shutdown-helper
bash: -a: command not found
Papillon:/home/joyce# which  xfsm-shutdown-helper
Papillon:/home/joyce# xfsm-shutdown-helper
bash: xfsm-shutdown-helper: command not found
Papillon:/home/joyce#
