The path is wrong for me, it's /usr/sbin/xfsm-shutdown-helper.
(Debian testing+os-cillation packages)
To check where it is, in a xterm, xfterm whatever enter this:

su -c 'type -a xfsm-shutdown-helper'
enter your root password and enter, it will show you the path to
xfsm-shutdown-helper.
