[ANN] xfce4-minicmd-plugin 0.3.0

Hey all,

I just released version 0.3.0 of the minicmd plugin. It doesn't add any
functionality, so there no pressing need to update immediately.

You do want to update however if you are running Xfce directly from CVS.
Changes to the panel made after beta2 will required this updated version.

The plugin now uses new libxfce4util functions to locate the history file.
It depends on Xfce >= 4.1.90 (beta1).
