bug in mapping themes

Hi!
I'm russian, so sorry for my grammar....
I compiled xfce-4.0.3 from source code and install it to
/opt/xfce-4.0.3
Now i have bug with mapping textures on every theme: over buttons
(close, minimize, etc) i have black areas. Corners of windows have
black color. And areas (in title of window), wich must be transparent,
also have black color.

In past, when i installed xfce in /usr/local all been right.

How i can fix this?
