Taskbar in xfce4

Hello:

I've recently bit the bullet and moved to xfce4, having been very happy
with 3.  The taskbar, which I essentially like, lacks some features of the
xfce3 taskbar which I miss, and I wonder if there are ways to recreate
them:

1.  Attaching the taskbar to the panel.
2.  Ordering items on the taskbar.
3.  Hiding some taskbar items in something like the 'taskjar' we used to
have.

I'm not complaining!  I like xfce4 a lot.  I'm still figuring out its bits
and pieces.
