I don't have that here in 4.0.5 (Mandrake 10.0 RPMs).  Windows will snap
to each other and will snap to the screen edge, but not 55 pixels away
from the left edge (where I have a margin) or 14 away from the top
(where I have another).  Is my setup buggy?  If so, where could I look
to correct this problem?  I'd really like this to work.
