Tip: Changing wallpaper in xfce4

I think what Jakob is suggesting is something that is not yet offered.
I think he wants an option to have the picture stretch as big as it can
to fit on the screen *without distorting*.  Gimp users would be familiar
with the terminology "preserving the aspect ratio".

If that's not what Jakob is suggesting, consider it mine; I know I'd
certainly like it. :)
