tasklist and iconbox get focus

Hi all,

I've just returned to XFCE from a brief visit to the QT-ridden world of
KDE.  It seems that with version 4.0.4 allows the task list and iconbox
can get focus with alt+tab.  I'm sure that never used to be the case.

Is there something that changed somewhere?
