Weather Plug-in Causes Panel to Crash

Thanks!!

I just upgraded to 4.0.4 this past weekend from the beta2. 
 (yeah I know I am slow) I had this problem as well.  I 
hadn't gone to look for the problem yet and it looks like 
now I won't have to.
