Each icon theme has an xml file where the icons for each mimetype are
defined. That's the file you have to change. If you use xffm 4.1, you
can download a program called xffm_theme_maker from the xfce-goodies
site and this program let's you create new xml files for any theme with
plain drag-n-drop.
