Right. Testing currently carries a very grungy 4.0.0 prerelease (if
anything) as far as I can tell.

Debian/unstable currently carries 4.0.3 and work is underway to add
4.0.4 as soon as 4.0.3 progresses into testing.

Until then, either you need to take the 4.0.3 debian packages from
unstable and install them on your system, or you need to "back-port"
them.

(Or you could upgrade to unstable ;-)
