Make Xfce4 my default window manager in Slackware 9.1 stable version (not current)

Where I got my head today.
copy 
/usr/etc/xfce4/xinitrc.xfce4-session
to 
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.xfce4
this should work, I hope...
