Right .

I fired lprng .
I now use _only_ cups

Now , the problem is that ittell me the job is sent , but nothing happens .

when I have a look to the cups web interface i see the job has been aborted

If i try to print from Open office , nothing happens either.

.. I guess it is not anymore about xfce but about my system 
configuration ? ...
