Switching to root privileges using xffm

Okay, that's got it.  mounting the SMB share with the right uid allows
me to view and change file names as a user without needing root
privileges.  I'll try Edscott's suggestion later when I have time to try
playing with the CVS version of xffm.  Thanks to all for your help.
