Workspaces in a matrix.

Speaking of workspaces. One thing drives me nuts.
I usually start Evo in one workspace, Epiphany in another, and Pan in
3rd workspace. But, when launching, I have to stay in that workspace
till it shows up. To be more precise: if I launch Evo in workspace #1,
and then move in #2, it will show up there.
Maybe it's me, but I found more natural behavior that app launched in
one workspace, apear in same workspace.
I'm not sure if I explained good, I've been translating XFce4 into
Serbian whole day and completely lost my English skills :-)
