Cropped XFce Panel icons - replicated issue

Hello,

I see that  on 6/6/04, Russell Hanneken reported an issue with XFCE 4.05 
on FreeBSD 5.2.1, in which the icons in the XFCE panel are cropped.

I am also up-to-date, meaning I have gtk-2.4.2 and glib-2.4.2.

Also, as Russell discovered, changing the "User Interface" Theme to 
XFCE-curve seems to fix the problem. But I did not have this problem 
before when using other themes.

Any ideas? Is it a FreeBSD only problem? What controls the display of 
the fonts?
