xfwm frame dragging?

I don't imagine this is supported, as I'm unable to find any
reference to it, but is there any ability to drag windows around by
the frame instead of resizing them? fvwm supports resizing the
windows by grabbing the corners, as opposed to the rest of the edge,
and I find this feature quite handy. Is there any support for this in
xfwm and if not, is there any plan to add some support for it?
