Is it possible to change cursor theme?

Hi,

I use Debian and, recently, I installed the new gnome 2.6 and kdlibs to 
3.2.3-1. With this, the cursor theme has changed and now it appears white and 
with a metaphoric white clock meanwhile system is waiting.

I don't like it, and I want to return to old cursor theme.

So the question is inevitable: can xfce4 choose the cursor theme?
