Yep. I do not know why this rpm was not included in the FC2 base set of
rpms, but it is not.

I downloaded the srpm from here:

http://newrpms.sunsite.dk/apt/redhat/en/i386/fc1/SRPMS.newrpms/gtk-xfce-engine-2.1.9-1.src.rpm

and rebuilt that for FC2, then installed it.

Curiously, newrpms now has xfce rpms for fc2 in:

http://newrpms.sunsite.dk/apt/redhat/en/i386/fc2/RPMS.newrpms/

but not the gtk2-xfce engine.

I am not sure if this is because FC2 uses Gnome 2.6 and there are some
library issues or some other reason. I have had no problems using the
xfce themes, though I am now using Ana thanks to Nikola:
