Overriding top-left top mouse grab handles for top-left top-right etc in themes

Nope, title_1 and title_5 go beyond the buttons and get repeated as much
as required to be as wide as the buttons' area of each side.

title_2 and title_4 are the started and ender of the title laber area
while title_3 goes beyond the text.
