automatic hiding of the iconbox?

Hi,

I haven't find the possibility of an "automatic hiding" of the iconbox (like 
for the panel, hidden when not used and automagically appearing when mouse 
pass on it...)

Is this feature included ? If yes, how to activate it?
(I'm currently using Xfce 4.0.3)

If not possible, consider the following question : Is it posssible to change 
the icons size in the iconbox independantly of the icons size in the panel?
(so that iconbox would be smaller and pannel bigger?)
