Features wishlist for xfce 4.1

a quick visit to XFCE Bug Tracker reveals under 'severity'
that the 1st option is 'feature'.  IIRC this was discussed recently
& it was agreed that features were best covered there
rather than having a separate list/tracker/whatever for them.

perhaps you should have said: "If you want to submit a feature,
you can use the bug tracker, but make sure you mark it 'feature'".
