'Cycle through windows' feature request

I like this feature if it were optional.
Another related thing: sometimes, window errors dialogs don't appear in 
taskbar but appears in Alt-Tab dialog?. Why?. How can I do for display _all_ 
the windows that appear in alt-tab dialog in taskbar?
