Editing Variation theme?

Well, I think that it's no about how to build a theme. Actually, after some 
investigation, I think that essentially we only want to change the .xpm file 
of this theme for differentiate visually when window is maximized or 
un-maximized. Is it true Andrew, isn't?

I think that we have to change the 
file /usr/share/xfwm4/themes/variation/maximize-active.xpm

Personally, I'm a little bit (or a much bit ;) "clumsy" for editing it. I'm 
not very good with paint design.
