Editing Variation theme?

Xan, a member of this list but not a native English-speaker, was wondering about the Variation xfwm theme.  He wants there to be a different button for maximised windows than for un-, i.e. something to indicate that the window is already maximised.  He could not find any author information to request that, so I submit this request on his behalf to you all.  (Man, that sounds so epic.)
