not really, it creates its own desktop which normally picks up the mouse
clicks. but you can tell rox to pass mouseclicks on the desktop on to the
window manager by checking the appropriate box in the Options dialog under
Compatability. of course, if you have any icons on the desktop, clicks on
those will not be sent to the wm.
