Please bring back minimized icons on desktop!

Maybee that I misunderstood something but I'm running "xfce4-iconbox &"
from my /etc/xfce4/xinitrc right after 

xftaskbar4&
xfdesktop&

(and before "kxkb &" - currently I'm having KDE on my box, but it'd be
great if someone create a keyboard switcher taskbar-plugin for xfce...)
and it works well...
