User Management app

I have decided,
A user management app might be useful. So, I am
working on a program that will read the /etc/passwd,
and allow editing of users, adding and deleting of
users, and similiar tasks. I am about half way done.
My goal is to make it small, easy and effective. I
guess we'll see how that goes.
