What makes Xfce so good?

Speaking of keyboard layouts and multi-lingual enivroments.
I need something like panel plugin for switching keyboard layouts. I was
thinking to use 2 state launcher, but I use 3 keyboard layouts (US,
Serbian Latin and Serb. Cyrilic). Right now, I have each time to type
"setxkbmap sr" (or "us" or "hr") in Terminal.
So, if anyone is searching of dev. ideas, here is one, panel plugin for
switching keybrd. layouts, like one in Windows. :-)
