xfce4 support XIM?

Hi,

Do xfce4 support XIM? 

I cann't use connect with my XIM server-fcitx in any
xfce4 programs with Ctrl+space, but It works on any
gnome programs such as gedit on xfce4?

I found xfce has many locales, so it should support
no-English languages, or I have to do any addtional
work to input Chinese via XIM?
