alt+ctrl+numpad not working

Mine works when I use the numbers on the key pad (as opposed to the
number pad).  Granted, that's because I set that in my custom.keys
file....  Regardless, you can confirm the set keys in your default.keys
file as documented in
http://www.loculus.nl/xfce/documentation/xfwm4.html#wm-keybindings.  If
it still doesn't work after fixing that, get back to the list and maybe
some others could think of why?  (I myself am quite limited in my
expertise.)
