What you are asking is called "screen migration". For xfwm4 there would
be little problem as it's like unmapping a window from a screen and
mapping a new one on another screen, but no toolkit other than GTK 2.2
and later would support it (the application keeps track on the display
and screen internally, and many X objects are screen dependant)

And even so, there is no protocol to initiate a screen migration of an
application from the Window Manager (yet). There are a group of people
preparing a specification for that on freedesktop.org, but it's not
ready.
