[XFCE] How install Window Border themes ?

Right.

Although, you could build a genuine XFCE4 theme using the Images included with 
that Metacity theme.

For starters, compare data formats and structures in theme files on 
http://themes.freshmeat.net/browse/964/ (XFCE themes) with 
http://themes.freshmeat.net/browse/987/ (Metacity themes).
"Aero" seems a good example, being available for both.
