Nautilus icons weird

Thanks for the tip, but what xinitrc? /~/.xinitrc reads:
/opt/fdo/bin/xcompmgr &
gnome-session

(from my brief stint with fdo X server)

I cannot find any X init script which mentions xfce-mcs-manager

Where is it? Thanks!
